Hongky Hong Kongites

Hong Kong trip during the mid year holidays, the long awaited by our kids was terrific and simply de-wait for it- lightful ! Although we was a bit upset with the hongkies there (most of them rarely smile n very stern!), we definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Hong Kong is simply a picturesque city, with magnificent views n highland towers.. our trip was worth every single ringgits n hk dollars spent, though the 5 days n 3 nites were insufficient to really view n visit the spectacular attractions they hv to offer. We enjoyed ourselves at the ocean park, the peak n madame tussauds's , the beautiful harbour n of course the main attractions of all, disneyland where even us parents are overwhelmed to see the sexy mermaid n tarzan :D

Jakarta Trip

It's also known as our brief 2nd honeymoon.. as it's the 1st time we travelled without our 3 bundle of joys (n laugh, n sometimes pains too)
It's also a brief shopping spree for me as i get to revisit my fav malls n shopping centres :D and in a way we were also kinda walked down the memory lanes, reminiscing the good old 2years that we spent in Jakarta.. boy..i do love it there and will definitely visit again :D

# a long overdue post as the trip was after the anniversary in April

We are 8 years old

My hubby and i turned 8 yrs old yesterday..alhamdulillah n thanks Allah for all of His blessings in this union of us. Bless Allah too for our most beautiful and precious possession in life, our nizzura's juniors :)

I'm still struggling as to what gift should i presented to my man..cant really decide on what should i get him (wanted it to be a bit special, not just normal boring gifts like perfume or wallet that i hd frequently gave him). Him, on the other hand was very generous this year as i've already gotten few gifts in advance for this anniversary of us..

On a positive note, my hubby and i r going away this weekend to jakarta (yes..it's one of his gifts to me )..so i cant wait to shop till i really drop in jakarta.. mall ambassador, plaza indonesia, mall angrek: here i come !

A Mommy's Proudest Moment (one of the many...)

My daughter Sofea officially starts her formal education today at Sri Cempaka School (where i teach for Form 5 students). Since we're in the same building, it's easy for me to keep her close. Both me and hubby were overwhelmed with the thought of our baby girl being all grown up. Time will definitely flies after this. It makes me realized that you are no longer considered young once your child starts formal education.. :(

New Year, New Decade, New Leaf

2010 has finally arrived... like previous years, i never really like or believe the idea of having a new year's resolution, that's explained why i never really have one... but like any other human being i would never decline any chances of happiness and betterment in all aspects of my life and those who are dear to me... in fact i think i may just designate some possible and targetable agenda to look forward to, not only for this new year but for this new decade as well. May this new leaf turns out to be a fruitful journey for me n my family :) Aaminn...
