Today marks the 2nd day of my fasting payment..hehehe...aka ganti puasa laa.. i gave birth to Aidil (my 3rd child) during Ramadhan last year, and hence i only managed to fast up to the 13th day of Ramadhan..( i think)..n so i am now desperately chasing the date to fast before the arrival of the new Ramadhan this 1st Sept..(according to the calendar)
Yesterday, i had nasi beriani n mutton for sahur...damn juicy n delicious..then during the day..i was weak like nobody's business..i was so sleepy n restless...waaaa...papa did warn me that i will be feeling that since i had beriani n mutton...but nevermind..it was worth it..This morning wasn't as lucky as yesterday..forgot to ask my maid to cook n i ended eating rice (very little rice) with fried egg n sambal n my new pearl choco drink n biscuit....waaaa(d**n pathetic)
I hope i can fast until this Thursday n tomorrow is Isra' Mikhraj..so insyaAllah i will fast...
It is a wonderful feeling when u fast..ur tummy felt so empty n nice...u feel xtra nice and full of wisdom too..hehhee
Anyway..mid sem exam is next week...which means the holidays r just around the corner...i desperately need a vacation....i've worked my butt out..(well..kinda)

The Fabulous 4 Are Back
Yesterday, i went to the GSC cinema to watch the return of the fabulous 4 women from my fav hit series Sex and The City now THe Movie. Mind you, it's the best RM8 and 2 1/2hours that i have spent.

Sleepless in Seapark?
Hehee...i live in kelana jaya actually..quite near to seapark though...it's just that i dont think kelana jaya would ryhme with the title...hhehehee..so ngaku tinggal in seapark for today's posting..LOL
I have been having problems to settle down at night..not that i'm being restless or tossing and turning insomnia kinda thing...but lately my brain has been actively functioning till past midnite...annoying and irritating my body and especially my eyes since they can't cope up with my energetic gray matter.
So as usual my grand design as per to help me fall asleep is reading...though it actually makes me more wide awake (hmmm...i wonder if i still have my sejarah text book) and found these interesting facts in Reader's Digest:
" A good night's sleep actually starts in the morning. The second your eyes flutter open, light shoots down the optic nerve and into the brain's biological clock. That stimulates production of hormones that regulate everything from how you think to how you feel."
" Sunlight activates the brain and activating it at the same time every morning teaches your body that at midnight it's supposed to be asleep and at noon it's suppose to be awake. If you wake up at a different time every day, the clock will be out of sync leaving you feeling groggy and hungover for hours. Hence it's important to wake up at the same time every day."
Hmmm....but i do wake up at the same time everyday..well.at least..almost....hmmm..yawn...zzZzzZZzzz

Traumatic Ordeal
I was fortunate to survived a near accident experience yesterday. Words cant describe how I felt at that moment during the incident..and words still can't describe how I am feeling at this moment. The only thing on my mind was those innocent faces of my bundle of joys if anything happens to me..
Alhamdulillah.. my deepest n most humble thanks to you, Ya Allah for giving me the gift of being vigilant and quick-witted during the incident and for awarding me with precious new lease of life...

Of Durian and Sambal Petai
Went to my mom's kg over the weekend to visit my grandma..had lots of durians, pengat durian and sambal petai...scrumptiously
divine...on the way back to Kelana Jaya, we joined my nephew's Aiman's belated birthday party..Another round of deliciously flavourful sinned food..lots of discussion on the current political arena and living situation..makes anyone wonders...can't one have both delectable delicacies and peaceful country at one go?
