I had dinner with my hubby last weekend at uptown pj. While waiting for a parking space in front of us, the driver of the car that we were waiting to vacate the space went to his passenger side to open the door for his spouse/girlfriend. It was quite an unusual scenario here in Malaysia. My hubby commented sarcastically on how 'romantic' n 'gentleman' that man was (who was a Malay guy btw).
Later, as we watched the couple in front of us, we realized that the man was actually adjusting the passenger door as it can't be open from the inside, therefore he had to help her open the door from the outside. Hah!! i tot so! Sorry guys...but its just that it's almost impossible to find that kind of gentleman nowadays.. this species of men (malay in particular) are in the brink of near extinction...sadly though ;)
