Of Children & Clothing

They say it's fun dressing up a girl as there r endless choices of clothing lines for girls. Unlike for boys, where the only clothing lines available for them are shirts, t-shirts, pants and more shirts. Whenever i go to the children's dept, i always have my eyes on the cute, lovely n glamorous girl's outfits. How i wish i have more daughters to dress 'em up. That's why my girl Sofea, being my one n only princess, is always with beautiful girlish outfits (that i made her wear, in pink especially..;p)

Dressing up a boy can be challenging..it requires more creativity but at the end of the day, the end results r pretty much the same - shirts n pants (shorts/jeans/khakis). For my 2 boys, i love dressing 'em up in the same shirts..(i think previously only twins do tat..) i feel it's very practical esp if u r heading to the crowded places like a mall, they r easily identified ;)

These are my boys, Ariel & Aidil in twin-like shirts:

Aidil being his cheeky-self

sometimes i even dressed my 3 kids in a colour coded theme..hhehehe

But i think now i'm gonna change this trend..i've decided to let my children choose their own clothings...(but of course with the approval of their fashion editor, yours truly, hehehe). So no more twin-like tops/shirts n colour codes thingy (xcept for specific occasion..bleh >< )..I've started shopping for the coming raya..(hehhehe puasa pun belum) n i shall post their choices of clothing up here soon ;)
